Ameze Management Group is one of the leading marketing and advertising firms in the Jefferson County area. With one of our busiest seasons quickly approaching, we are in need of 5-8 in-store customer service associates. These positions are full time, part time, or seasonal.
Requirements
If you have experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, advertising/promoting, restaurants, or management/leadership experience.. we want you!
This position includes:
-providing exceptional customer service to every potential and existing customer
-educate customers on all services/promotions offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge
-assisting customers daily with their purchases, services, and billing issues
-provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of communication
