Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services/ Custodial Manager for Essentia Health Hospital, a 140 bed acute care Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota . Sodexo has been partners with Essentia Hospital for 15 years. This growing hospital is adding a new four story tower and is currently renovating their cafeteria and kitchen.
Fargo is the largest city in the State of North Dakota and home to North Dakota State University, University of Minnesota at Moorhead and Concordia College. Fargo's downtown area has been voted one of the coolest downtown areas in the US. Located 3 hours away from Minneapolis and Winnipeg, Fargo is a beautiful place to live.
This position will be responsible for the supervision of up to 20 non union hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have previous Environmental Services/Custodial/Housekeeping management experience, along with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. This Manager will cover a third shift, 5:00pm - 1:30am and may work some weekends and holidays. This is a great entry level management opportunity for the service-minded individual who wants to join a stable and growing industry.
Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
