  • Support the District Team Leader (DTL) in scheduling store visits and entering visit guide results, managing time, prioritizing workload, managing e-mail inbox and other special projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate team talent development activities (e.g. performance review processes, leadership statuses, district talent planning, succession planning, talent day coordination.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal/external candidate second interviews with Store Team Leader (STL)/DTL; prepare salary quotes, process pre-employment paperwork, submit internal background checks and ensure all external new hires are initiated and hired through the application tracking system (TAS).
  • Support onboarding and training programs such as Business College.
  • Process onboarding, promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations and maintain data accuracy in a timely manner; manage and validate the assigned position management numbers (PMS) to Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader positions.
  • Coordinate community involvement, including special projects and annual campaigns (e.g. United Way, Community Giving Program, etc.)
  • Deliver a brand experience for the guest by assisting with concerns that are escalated to district level in a manner that is friendly, positive and solution oriented.
  • Ensure all guest and team member issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Manage DTL travel/expense system; ensure timely approval of district-level expense report submissions.
      • High school education
      • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
      • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as problem solving and decision making skills
