Call Center Specialist
This position involves calling previous dental patients of record (not cold calling) to schedule dental hygiene visits in our dental office for overdue dental hygiene patients. The position also involves taking incoming calls related to our dental hygiene services.
We will train the right person. The right person must:
have world class phone & people skills
always be customer service driven
have excellent verbal communication
have the ability to convince overdue patients that their dental care is important
have excellent written communication including mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
be organized, multi-tasking, problem solving
be problem solving with multi-tasking skills
have data entry skills
Our founder has written an extensive 200 page manual that you must read, memorize and apply. The candidate will be given written tests to evaluate his or her training progress. The person hired must agree to study and learn job related materials.
In addition to a base hourly wage, after training is completed this position involves a bonus system.
