Overall Summary:

Model the expected culture/values of BYB Brands, Inc. and provide administrative and project support duties for VP National Sales and expanded team while demonstrating a positive “we can do attitude” in a very team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Approxmiately 25-30 hours per week

Administrative support for VP National Sales and extended team
  • Presentation preparation for key customer account calls
  • Handling incoming calls when staff is not at desk
  • Setting up customer appointments
  • Responsible for internal and external customer contact
  • Sending of product samples
  • Assist with expense reports and travel arrangements
  • Ongoing communication
  • Assist in some sales reporting and Excel spread sheets for key account base
  • Building of key customer profile records
  • Support of VP with key customer accounts maintenance
  • Posting, through Charlotte office, of timely SharePoint updates for National Accounts
  • Manage all office mail…in/out
  • Assume all communications with leasing agent and building management
  • Ordering of all office supplies
  • Ensure general operation of all office equipment
  • Be lead in managing office appearance, communication room , etc.
