Responsibilities and Duties:

The Contractor Program Security Officer is responsible for the management, direction, administration and development of security programs and procedures for those assigned programs that have contractually imposed security requirements in excess of normal National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements. The Contractor Program Security Officer is the primary interface with government agencies regarding assigned program security matters and requirements. The Contractor Program Security Officer will assist the Manager, Program Security in developing and managing security budgets in support of program security requirements. The Contractor Program Security Officer will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years experience in implementing, managing and administering program security requirements in support of programs that had security requirements in excess of basic National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements.

Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in implementing the requirements of the JAFANS and Director, National Intelligence security requirements.

Five, or more years of managerial / supervisory experience.

Strong communications skills both written and verbal.

The ability to obtain, and maintain DoD Top Secret clearance eligibility and Special Access Program access.
