Job duties: * Providing a full range of mental health services to inmates. * Observing, recording, and completing comprehensive evaluations of referred prisoners. * Selecting, administering, and interpreting a variety of diagnostic instruments and tests. * Identifying and implementing treatment plans and programs as well as monitoring progress. * Coordinating on-going services upon discharge. * Maintaining records and preparing reports and correspondence related to the work. Preferred qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited educational institution, possessing a master's degree in social work or psychology. * Licensure specifically as a Psychologist or Master of Social Work (MSW) by the State of Michigan.
