Inbound Customer Service Reps

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Inbound Customer Service Reps.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Company Description: This company is one of the nations best home warranty companies. This company has a call center located in Chattanooga. There is plenty of room for growth!! Positions start at $11 per hour. Upon going permanent company offers bonuses and performance commissions. Pay can increase considerably with these incentives!!! Job Description: All company representatives must have excellent customer service skills to work with clientele over the phone. This is a call center atmosphere that promotes an upbeat and positive work environment. Customer Care Representatives will be taking customer calls in regard to home warranty questions. Customer Care Representatives will be scheduling approved contractors to repair and inspect client claims. These positions do require representatives to work some nights and some weekends. Candidates must have a selling mindset because potential clientele will be calling to inquire about the benefits of purchasing a home warranty plan. Job Requirements: Positions require at least 3 years experience within customer service and or inside/outside sales. A solid verifiable work history is a must. All candidates must have experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel. The flexibility to work any hours between 8 AM and as late as 8 PM is a must. All candidates must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month. Job Length and Salary: Positions are temporary to full time if the person has excellent attendance and job performance. Positions start at $11 per hour with a raise upon going permanent. This company has excellent benefits and all employees are eligible for incentive pay / commissions upon going permanent.
