RHCC Maintenance/Garden Shop - Full-time

Job Purpose Statement:

To keep Rose Hill property including the Main House, Nathan Hall, surrounding buildings and related equipment properly maintained and in good repair.

Job Functions:

• Perform routine maintenance and make necessary repairs on all building facilities.
• Assist Garden Shop Manager in servicing all vehicles, AUV and trailer.
• Maintain recreation areas and equipment.
• Maintain all grass and landscaping areas assigned by Garden Shop Manager.
• Properly trim all shrubs and bushes at Rose Hill within the proper growing season of the specific plant.
• Be able to accurately and proficiently drive and operate farm and landscape equipment including but not limited to: small farm tractors, zero turn riding lawn mowers, weed trimmers, gas powered hedge trimmers, pick up trucks, seeders and aerators.
• Consult Garden Shop Manager or GM on any supplies or major repairs needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and staff.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism at all times.
• Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE's Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
