Manpower has multiple openings in Norwood Massachusetts for applicants that have experience in Customer Service. We have may openings that are day shift with various first shift schedules. We are having 2 open houses for applicants as follows Monday July 6 Braintree Manpower office : 150 Grossman Drive 1pm - 300pm Wednesday July 8 Braintree Manpower Office 150 Grossman Drive 1pm - 300pm Job Description: Customer Representatives All position or duties will include support and manage a group of Clients. This is long term temporary basis to support the increased call volume due to the annual Open Enrollment period. They will be proficient in their ability to communicate with impact, apply critical thinking and possess leadership skills. Team Leaders will act as a role model, resolve complex participant issues regarding health & wellness and provide continuous coaching and feedback. They will also monitor calls for quality, track Call Center Representative performance behaviors, identify areas for improvement and follow the progressive counseling model as necessary. They will be proficient in call center management for Health and Welfare Outsourcing business. The selected candidate will have ability to resolve escalated participant issues without further escalation through customer service and exhibiting advanced problem solving skills. Time management and organizational skills will be crucial for a Call Center Team Leader as they manage the day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. To fulfill this role, the Contract Call Center Team Leader will: * Manage direct reports in the following capacity: Monitor calls for quality, provide performance coaching and feedback; Track attendance and performance of team and individuals; Assign work to team members and make them accountable for their work; Provide input into performance management and terminations; Manage the queue of calls to ensure service levels are maintained * These openings are long term temporary openings 40 hours per week with an opportunity based on attendance and performance to be offered. 3 First shift schedules Monday - Friday at a great environment with training! We seek candidates that have previous up to 1 year customer service experience in financial services, Hospitality and or call center. Must have data entry skills and good written and verbal communication Assessments and background screening requirements Customer service reps start at 14.00 per hour and Leads up to 20.00 per hour Call us today to schedule a meeting at our open houses .
