A&P Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Position: A&P Mechanic

Pay Rate: $27/Hr (Per Diem is Available for Eligible Candidates)

Duration/Type: 6-12+ Month Contract

Hours: 12 Hour Shifts, 1st & 2nd

Schedule: 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off

Duties/Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be able to read blue prints and schematics.
• Will be performing C and D Check maintenance on the following aircraft models CRJ 200, 700 and 900 series aircraft, Bombardier Business Aircraft (Challenger, Lear, Global Express) and Q-400/Dash 8's in a repair station environment.
• Perform maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations.
• Perform inspections, making adjustments and repairs, replacing components, and correcting malfunctions or deficiencies.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
• Document work performed per appropriate manuals including, but not limited to, Inspection Procedures Manual (IPM), Structural Repair Manual (SR), Maintenance Manual and Component Maintenance Manual.

Qualifications:

• A&P License is required 5-8+ years aviation heavy maintenance experience (CRJ experience preferred, but not required)
• Candidates must have their own tools
• Candidates must be able to pass background and drug tests.
