About this job
This position is with Toyota and will have the following responsibilities:
- Improving the operation availability OA, of the equipment across manufacturing plants
- Program PLCs, Hands on
- Working with maintenance and production across shops to understand faults created within machines
- Separate machine faults from process faults
- Program Toyopuc and AB PLC5 to capture and transmit faults for analysis by Reliability Center Maint Group
- Provide before and after for equipment completed and Yokoten across the region
Qualifications/ Skills:
5-10 years Experience
Toyopuc PLC programming knowledge
AB PLC programming knowledge
Good communication skills
Work well with others
MS Office
Additional desired qualifications:
Toyota Experience
Understanding Toyota Business Practices (TBP)
