Production Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Brighton, CO

Pay: $71,000 per year + Bonus potential + Benefits (including 401K)

An Aerotek client is seeking a Production Supervisor for their manufacturing teams in Brighton, CO. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing teams of 20 to 50 employees, and will be working on the floor alongside their team for the production of large industrial parts. Other duties will include:

- Performance feedback

- Ensuring safety on the floor

- Meeting production quotas and deadlines

The Production Supervisor will work a rotating schedule with their team, and must be able to work days for 2 weeks and then nights for 2 weeks. The schedule also rotates 3 shifts on / 4 shifts off, 4 shifts on / 3 shifts off.

We are seeking candidates with a background in either production, warehouse / distribution, or construction.

Required:

- Management / Leadership of teams of 10 or more individuals

- At least 2 years of experience in one of the above industries

- Willing to submit to: drug screen, background check, physical

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on the production floor
