We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Office Clerk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

We are a full service heavy highway construction company seeking a full and part time office assistant with potential for growth. The ideal candidate is a team player that can adapt to a fast paced environment during peak season. This person will be responsible for maintaining files for various departments and general office support, including but not limited to, matching backup to invoices, data entry and copying. We offer competitive wages, and a pleasant work environment.

Skills Needed:

* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
* Working Knowledge of Quickbooks a Plus
* Strong Organizational Skills
* Strong Communication Skills

* Knowledge of Office Equipment
* Experience in Construction a Plus
