Workforce Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

SUMMARY: Responsible for evaluating the quality of services and interactions provided by the telesales department.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Evaluates the quality and accuracy of transactions and/or communications with prospective members.
* Monitoring telephone calls to confirm our sales agents are following a pre-defined consultative sales process.
* Reviewing notes placed into the sales contact management system to ensure all relevant and necessary information is documented.
* Identifies, documents, and reports any errors or communications issues in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution by providing feedback to management.
* Identifies and reports on systemic issues which create ongoing quality concerns.
* Generates weekly and/or monthly reports of audit findings to assist management with information requested.
* Produces other reports as requested.
* Associates at this level conduct routine audits, generally related to a single function on a single systems platform for a single line of business.
