About this job
Medicare Orders Representative
- Review medical supply orders for Medicare patients
- Research patient information, medical equipment orders, and other information to ensure it complies to Medicare guidelines
- Process orders appropriate to guidelines
- Correspond with hospital, insurance company, or patient/appropriate party via email, fax, phone
- Place outbound calls per day to hospitals or physicians
- Contact patient to schedule delivery after everything is finalized
$14-15/HR
