The Global Mobility Specialist provides support to the Americas Global Mobility Manager for a diverse range of activities ranging from day-to day immigration, to relocation to other specialized projects. General departmental support includes global electronic file maintenance and metrics tracking, invoice processing and distribution of global mobility documentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Administrator mobility programs and processes, i.e domestic and international transfers, which include visa processing.
* Maintain Global Mobility SharePoint document repository site - this includes updates, deletions and revisions. Liaise with Global team members to ensure site is up to date with current documents.
* Generate work permit applications in Canada and assist Global Mobility Manager with US visa applications (which include experienced hire and campus recruiting).
* Posting labor certifications for US visa process and completion of public access files.
* Assist Global Mobility Manager with overflow of work which can include permanent residency process, South American visa processing, training of new hires and audits, etc.
* Produce all business invitation/travel letters required for business visitor visa applications.
* Maintain and update immigration transaction log. Provide HC analytic group with monthly metrics statistics.
* Update PeopleSoft with all US employee immigration information and coordinate with HC Managers on I-9 processing. This includes following up on missing information and updating the HC system with new immigration documents.
* Assist with invoice processing/tracking of payment status. This includes working with vendors and the company's internal Accounts Payable department.
* Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
