We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Senior Manager IT Quality Assurance.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Experis IT is searching for a Senior Test/QA Manager for a permanent role in Hanover, Maryland. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

The Senior Test/QA Manager focus on Quality Assurance for applications. The main areas of focus will be testing coordination, testing methodologies, and release management.

The Manager will be responsible for developing testing strategy, methodologies, approach, and test data methodology.

REQUIRED SKILL SET
**Hands on experience as a testing coordinator working with the business to create, maintain and executing tests for ERP applications
**MUST HAVE QA Management experience (at least 5 years)
**MUST HAVE experience with testing environment development/set-up
**MUST have ERP APPLICATION TESTING EXPERIENCE
**Hands on experience on building or managing an internal testing team a must
**High degree of experience with creating test strategies, test cases, as well as reports that can be used to analyze test results
**Strong project task management skills with a commitment to delivery of objectives on time

RESPONSIBILITIES
**Design and manage the process of building an internal testing coordination and release management team
**Manages a team of test coordinators to ensure deliverables are successfully met which includes balancing workload and priorities, providing technical guidance and mentorship, serve as an escalation point for issues, and focusing on improving team productivity and motivation through performance management, individual development, and support.
**Recommend organizational change, testing strategy, and automation tools
