This includes D3 (Data Driven Documents) API and AngularJS background. Both technologies are really important for this job. Someone with a strong AgularJS and some basic D3 background would also work.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sr. Web Developer with very strong Web UI front-end) development experience on online solutions, to include: AngularJS, D3 (Data Driven Documents) API, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. As a Sr. Web Developer you will drive the continued evolution of our web-based application (support.emc.com) to bring new ideas and technologies to the table. Strong AngularJS and D3 skills are the key to be successful in this position.
As part of an agile development team, you will work with other team members based in Southborough, MA to ensure development is done to a high standard. You will have the opportunity to drive regular knowledge sharing sessions with peers. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are important, along with a keen focus on delivering value to our customers

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be an agile development team member, responsible for collaborating with the team on release planning, sprint planning, scoping, and engaging with customers.
Develop online applications using the appropriate computer language while adhering to team development standards and practices
Design and specify test procedures including unit, system, and integration testing.
Design application test data, debug programs using appropriate system tools and ensure features developed are accurate and meet the specification
Identify and communicate impediments to your team and actively work to remove them
Continually strive for technical excellence
An Ideal Candidate must have
Experience in web UI development, including: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Experience with AngularJS
Experience using the D3 (Data Driven Documents) API
Experience performing functional testing of SOAP and REST-based web services using SoapUI
Exposure to unit testing tools, such as: Junit, EasyMock, and Siesta
Experience using UI debugging tools such as Firebug
Ability to take ownership for initiatives
Ability to work comfortably with both technical and business teams
Bonus Skills:
Experience in ExtJS, SQL (Oracle, PostgresSQL, MySql), Linux, Spring Core, UI design
Experience of Continuous Integration and Deployment (Jenkins)
Experience in JAVA J2EE
Education Required:
A Bachelors degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field Experience Required:
5+ years relevant experience in industry
