SHIFT: 10HOUR, Varied EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time HRS PER PAY PERIOD: 80 JOB ID: 1500011356
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Pharmacist is responsible for the procuring, manufacturing, compounding, dispensing, distributing, storing and administration of drugs, biologicals, and chemicals according to standard practices of the professional, State and Federal laws and regulations, and Departmental policies and procedures and for provision of drug information to other health professionals, patients and their families, and the public.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
Current California Pharmacist license
One (1) year of acute care hospital pharmacy preferred with experience in I.V. admixture, unit dose distribution, pharmacokinetics dosing, pharmacy intervention, and medication usage evaluation
Pharm.D. Degree preferred
