We are seeking an experienced, well-spoken,and highly motivated candidate to serve as the Retention Specialist. Under the supervision of the Agency Owner, this role is a crucial part of our agency success.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Act as primary point of contact and develop a trusted rapport with our customers
* Establish & oversee customer on-boarding experience
* Understand & assess customer requirements & corporate structure
* Identify & nurture opportunities & collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth
* Maintain the "personal touch" of our agency
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
* Manage client feedback providing input to appropriate team members
* Aid in the growth and prioritization of product and services development
Desired Skills & Experience
* Account management and/or sales experience in the insurance industry
* Detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible in a changing environment
* Strong background working in a customer-facing environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great attitude & desire to be a key player on a strong team
* Above average experience wit the Internet, Microsoft Office Programs
* Strong desire to learn from and contribute to an awesome team
* Bachelors Degree (preferred)
