The shipping Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating activities of team members in conjuction with and in absence of supervisor. Ensure team members are working safe and accurately following guidelines. Train new team members in job duties to standards. Will also be required to perform same duties as the Shipping associates. Coordinate work load from receiving dock. Ensure team members are reaching UPH (units per hour) standards. Responsible for daily production report. Daily communication with maintenance, receiving dock, forklift operators, and other departments. This position will provide support to the 400 plus Burlington Coat Factory stores nationwide. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic distribution environment.
