• Position will work with the Planning Department • Communicates status of orders with customers. • Works with Planners and Operations to determine current order status and ship dates. • Identify gaps and slips/potential slips and communicates the current status with customers and internal management. • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Minimum 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment working with customers on a daily basis. • Good PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel. • Experience with MRP/ERP Additional Job Details: 3 to 6 month assignment
