Work as part of the Retail Pharmacy Call Center team to ensure that each patient has a positive interaction.

Customer Service: *Deliver high quality services to patients and physicians in a high-paced call center environment *Handle various call types, including clinical assistance support for Pharmacy Technicians *Provide relevant clinical information to patients when necessary *Handle each call in an efficient, courteous and professional manner *Able to effectively assess and diffuse difficult situations *Escalate issues to appropriate leadership as needed *Adhere to Call Center key performance indicators at all times: secure privacy and confidentiality as required by HIPAA, company and departmental guidelines, adhere to organizational procedures, employ effective communication methods to maintain call control, document appropriate comments in patient records, act in alignment with all State Regulations and Federal Laws and have ability to interface / use required call center technology.

Operations: *Effectively communicate and interact with all healthcare professionals *Participate in required Call Center operational meetings and training sessions *Support ongoing training and development programs for Call Center support staff *Ensure current licensure through timely completion of required professional development (CEs) *Demonstrate appropriate office conduct at all times

RI and MA Pharmacist licenses required, or ability to secure licensure prior to start of employment

This position is responsible for dispensing prescriptions and coordinating clinical services for specialty drugs serviced at the branch location. This position is responsible for interacting with the health care professionals in the provision and coordination of customer care. Must also translate prescriptions, perform compounds and dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals. Must be comfortable communicating by telephone or mail, with patients and physicians for patient care. Will also be responsible for resolving orders via the EA (External Adjudication) queue.

RI and MA Pharmacist licenses required, or ability to secure licensure prior to start of employment

Previous pharmacy experience in retail or hospital preferred. Appropriate state license required. Experience in home infusion therapy is preferred. Basic computer skills required. Strong organizational skill, interpersonal skills and detail orientation important for this position. Minimum of one year's pharmacy experience in a retail or hospital setting preferred

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. also required with at least two years experience as a pharmacist. Must have an active license in good standing.
