Sheet Metal Mechanic/Structures Technician

Aerotek is currently seeking several Sheetmetal Mechanics to support large MRO facility based out of Bridgeport, WV. Specifically, this position will be supporting Bombardier's Service Center at the West Virginia Air Center.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read blue prints and schematics.
• Will be performing C and D Check maintenance on the following aircraft models CRJ 200, 700 and 900 series aircraft, Bombardier Business Aircraft (Challenger, Lear, Global Express) in a repair station environment.
• responsible for fabrication and/or modification of related sheetmetal/structural parts and components.

Qualifications:

• Airframe or A&P License is strongly preferred (Will accept unlicensed technicians with 8-10+ years' experience)
• 5-8+ years aviation heavy maintenance experience (CRJ experience preferred, but not required)
• must have own tools
• Successful completion of written and practical tests.
• must be willing to submit to a background and drug tests.
