About this job

Seeking Customer Service Agents to answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from our clients' customers, and provide great customer service.

This includes, but is not limited to, answering questions about services accounts.

Providing account intel for HSA and FSA accounts.


These positions focus on: -

Trouble-shooting requests and customer service inquiries from inbound calls.

Agents serve as the first line of representation for our Clients while providing customer service/problem resolution to callers as well as email inquiries.


Perform various data-entry tasks as assigned.

Be knowledgeable on all program material in order for the customer to receive accurate and prompt information.

Qualifications:

GED

Customer Service Experience

Proficient computer skills

Available 2nd shift
