About this job
We are actively seeking a front desk receptionist for our local client for a 3 month contract opportunity.
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
-Answering phones
-Greeting customers/clients as they enter the door and having them sign in
-Communication schedule changes with administrators/managers
-Following up with clients/customers regarding missed appointment times
-Will be the only person up front so candidate needs to have a great personality that is kind and inviting
-PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MEDICAL OFFICE WOULD BE GREAT
