QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a customer focused industry, i.e. hospitality, banking, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business related experience preferred 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Active listening skills and ability to proactively recommend creative solutions

  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing, high energy, high volume environment

  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving and decision making skill

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Do you have prior account management experience? Do you pride yourself on your customer service skills?  Are you technologically savvy? If yes, come join our team as a Client Service Representative! In this fast paced and exciting role, you will focus on increasing conversions of sales opportunities to reservations and providing exceptional customer support to meet the housing needs of our top national customers. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building effective relationships with internal and external customers to assure effective, efficient and productive experiences Demonstrating a commitment to the Company’s customer service model

  • Responding to a large volume of segmented account requests via telephone and email in a timely manner

  • Performing a needs assessment with clients to assure each sales opportunity captures the appropriate Critical to Service metrics Creating reservations and completing reservations paperwork

  • Conducting welcome/wellness calls as needed by request

  • Demonstrating flexibility in sharing reasonable coverage responsibilities when unusual and necessary demands require working weekends and/or holidays to assure superior customer service to valued customers
