Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Customer Solutions Representative for one of our top clients located in Irvine, California!

Main Responsibilities:
  • This position is inbound and outbound-call intensive
  • Provides hardware dispatch support to select TABS, EID, GEM accounts
  • Facilitating hardware repair calls and transmit dispatch information to the appropriate servicing dealer
  • Responsible for answering inbound calls, dispatching trouble tickets, document contacts, follow-up to confirm case was dispatched and facilitating inbound trouble ticket calls
  • Provide performance reports to EID's manager of support operations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum six (6) months helpdesk, and/or customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and follow-up skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Additional Details:
  • Location: Irvine, California 92618
  • Length of Contract: One year
  • Working Hours: 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
