Sodexo currently has a job available for a General Manager 3 to join our healthcare Food Service team at Eating Recovery Center , in Austin, Texas. This position will report directly to the Regional General Manager and will be responsible for the oversight of all food service operations at this outstanding account.

Job Responsibilities include:

Manages around 6 employees and upwards of $1 million in patient services and catering volume on an annual basis for this healthcare facility. Integrate fully within our client' organization becoming a trusted advisor and member of the accounts leadership team. Responsible to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and overall workplace safety standards. Works to achieve company and client financial targets and goals. Works to achieve high quality patient, physician and employee satisfaction scores. Responsible for all Sodexo and client required reporting. Responsible for collaborating with the client on achieving annual operational projects and goals. Ensures compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards. Must meet (or exceed) Sodexo standards of operations. Creates a positive environment and successfully motivates and manages team. Ideally, qualified candidates will have the following experience:

Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to make business decisions. Ability to multitask and proven effectiveness in a fast paced healthcare environment.

Knowledgeable in compliance to food safety (HACCP), sanitation and overall workplace safety standards. Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Previous supervisory and HR management experience. Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong client/customer relationships. Previous leadership experience with proven ability to successfully lead and engage a team. Ability to drive strong patient satisfaction and employee engagement scores. Professional verbal and written communication skills. A passion for a high level of customer service. Experience in developing strong customer relationships. Excellent computer skills and report management experience, preferably project management experience. Strong attention to company policy, standards, and regulations. Strong financial acumen. Eating Recovery Center is an international center for eating disorders recovery providing comprehensive treatment for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and eating disorder not otherwise specified (EDNOS). Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
