We have an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock, AR.
As our Administrative Assistant for the Food and Nutrition Services department, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents with exceptional administrative support to the Sodexo management team that provides daily food and nutrition services and environmental services to the patients and employees at this hospital. Reporting to our General Manager, your responsibilities will include coordinating catered and special events, responsibility for the Medical Center conference room arrangements and preparing daily cash process reports and monthly financial reports. Additional duties include:
Provide administrative support to the onsite management team Assist with weekly unit financial reporting Act as first point of contact for the department Primary point of contact for scheduling and booking catered events Filing financial records and payroll records Fielding and directing department phone calls Other duties as assigned by the General Manager Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant include proficiency with MS Office products, strong organizational skills to maintain department documents accurately and efficiently.

Position Summary
Under limited supervision, provides general secretarial and administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Work is generally straightforward and administrative in nature. Requires a working knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Work may occasionally involve handling confidential and sensitive material. Exercises some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
