  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff within a corporate environment

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 3+ years related experience preferably working within a call center sales environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

 This role will be responsible for identifying, developing and supporting the commercial efforts of new and existing DISH Sales and Affiliate Partners.  Specific duties to include: developing business models to support the expansion of commercial sales within the partners, developing marketing plans to target new and existing customers, coordinating internal support of marketing, training, reporting, incentive and offer needs.  

 

  • Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans with new and existing Dish retailers to achieve sales goals.
  • Establishes and communicates sales forecasting and sets performance quotas with retailers to assist retailers in meeting and exceeding activation goals.
  • Prospect and recruit new retailers through on-boarding efforts to ensure sufficient retailer coverage to achieve departmental sales goals.
  • Provides training to retailers related  to business solution sales and marketing tactics and strategies inline with departmental goals.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meets with assigned retail partners assisting sales representatives with developing prospective relationships and negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of DISH Network products and the video delivery industry from continued education, training, and self-education.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all policies, promotions and procedures. This includes items such as: current promotions, retailer commissions, Co-op program, warranty & service, Programming and installation.
  • Collect competitive and market information and provides to sales management, retailers and Telco partners.
  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Travel requirements are up to 75%
  • Other duties as required.
