  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to write reports/correspondence/procedure manuals, and present information 
  • Respond to questions from managers/customers/general public
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and non-technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

  • Spanish bilingual preferred but not required

The Operations Analyst I will assist our Sales Operations department in monitoring current and newly developed operation policies, procedures, and systems among multiple departments or locations.  In addition the Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Assists in analysis of current procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within the department
  • Assists in the completion of projects by following general guidelines established by superiors
  • Assists in the preparation of alternatives for review for enhancements to operational policies, procedures, and systems
  • Assists management with communication tactics and materials to facilitate changes in business policy, procedures, and system implementations
  • Evaluates performance against established metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units
  • Builds and applies broad knowledge of practices and procedures in area of expertise
