IT Auditor

The Chicagoland Experis Finance office is seeking local, highly qualified Internal Auditor. Consultants at Experis are the driving force for our success. Our consultants bring a wealth and depth of knowledge to our various service offerings, and are responsible for deliverables on client engagements. Consultants follow the Experis methodology, and exceptional service standards while working on projects. They are known for their diverse industry and management experience; ability to grasp, analyze and resolve challenging client requirements, and ability to work on a team or independently to provide timely and effective results.

An IT Risk Advisory Services (RAS) professional works under general supervision of the RAS Experis manager or director while completing assigned projects and maintaining the appropriate level of utilization.

The professional is accountable for performing work at Experis clients such as, research and consult on various risk management and governance-related activities across a wide array of industries and technologies.

Experis Consultants also conduct the following tasks:

Internal audit co-sourcing and outsourcing, information technology audits, operational audits, industry-specific regulatory compliance, IT governance, SSAE 16 support services, business continuity management, disaster recovery, technology risk assessment and/or SOX compliance.

Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, extravagance, fraud or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations and management of policies or procedures.
Review and evaluate accounting systems to determine the adequacy of controls in practice.

Preferred certifications include:

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Business Continuity Professional, Certified Disaster Recovery Professional.
Software Technology experience also preferred (ERP systems, GRC systems, Network security, Sharepoint, Microsoft tools, Google Docs ).
Prior Internal or External audit experience and or prior consulting experience strongly desired.
Demonstrated track record of delivering professional services aligned with our core RAS product offerings preferred.
Broad internal audit and IT Audit related experience.
Credentialed individual who is customer centric, has professional service experience and is an innovative thinker.
