About this job
An automotive manufacturer in Smyrna TN is looking to bring in Quality Engineering Lead Support for their night shift operations. This person will be responsible for overseeing the quality of parts and analyzing issues for the off shift. So this person would be the main point of contact for Quality and Process. This person will also work with costumers and do a lot of work on the floor overseeing manufacturing processes to identify the root cause of quality issues. Qualified candidates will have tier one automotive experience, and 3 year of quality or manufacturing engineering experience. On the floor troubleshooting of process related quality issues, Exposure to quality systems and documents, TS16949, PPAP, AIAG, APQP, FMEA. Preferred experience with Nissan, metal stamping, assembly, and welding
