Job Title: Part Time/On Call Writer/Editor

Job Location: Los Alamos National Labs, NM

Job Duration: Indefinite Contract

Pay Rate: $35-50/HR

Aerotek has an urgent need for Los Alamos National Labs for a Part Time/On Call Technical Writer/Editor. This person will need to be able to report to the labs with a 24-48 hour notice for overflow assignments.

Required abilities:

- Organize, write, and/or edit technical, instructional, and administrative communication products for print or online use

- Ensure that products meet established standards for document/website organization, clarity, conciseness, terminology, style, and format

-Maintain records and files of work and revisions

- Edit or standardize material prepared by other writer-editors or other Laboratory authors

-Meet with Laboratory customers to determine customer needs and priorities, including applicable technical specifications
