Job Description

Our client, located in Davie, is looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant for their operation. This candidate must have intermediate/advanced Excel skills and be used to working on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Data Entry as well as updating of complex and detailed Excel spread sheets on a daily basis

- Creating, Updating, and submitting invoices on a daily basis

- Scheduling of shipments for delivery and pick-up

- Emailing customers

- Answering inbound calls

- Filing, faxing
