About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Office Assistant.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Filing, faxing, scanning
- Customer service via phone and email with customers
- Content Management
- Occasional assistance with cross- departmental projects as appropriate to leverage skill set
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 years in an office setting in an administrative capacity ( coordinator, receptionist, clerical, assistant,etc)
- Ideal candidate will have some accounts payable/receivable or invoice experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Are open to long term and short term temporary assignments
- Detail oriented and resourceful
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continually shifting priorities
