About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist/ Office Clerk.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have 1 or more years experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must exercise excellent judgment, initiative and professionalism as well as display a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Greeting and interacting with clients in person and via phone or email
* Updating internal contact database using CRM program (Salesforce)
* Scanning and organizing in-house files using paperless software system
* Assisting in various department-specific projects
Desired skills and experience:
* Previous administrative experience in a corporate, small business or start up environment
* Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
* A desire to learn new technologies and leverage opportunities for process improvements
* Problem solver with an ability to multitask
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Displays professionalism, integrity and a team-oriented mentality
* Proficiency using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
