As a Registered Nurse, you will:
. Be a n active member of the multi-disciplinary patient treatment team
. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
. Provide general and psychiatric patient care
. Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors
. Assist with patient groups and activities
With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques.
