About this job

In this role, candidates will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls in an inbound call center (approx 120 calls per day) environment. This is an entry level position within the customer service department, so candidates will be handling fairly basic calls (for example; How much oil needs to be added? How to I turn it on? What does it mean if this button is on?). Additionally, candidates will be responsible for documenting customer conversations by entering information into their proprietary tracking system. This is a true call center environment, candidates will be on the phones (via headset and dialer) all day. This position is on the 10:00AM - 7:00PM shift.
