In this role, you will use your knowledge with EDI X12 or ANSI transaction protocols to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses with electronic claims. You will be responsible for the design, development, management or sunsetting of new, existing or acquisition products. Reviews product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance. You may work with internal and/or external business constituents to determine product future direction or respond to product inquiries. May be project-based and involve working within multiple product functions.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1+ year of experience with Clearing House  

  • 1+ year of experience with EDI X12 and/or ANSI transactions   

  • Ability to utilize MS PowerPoint to create presentations from scratch, updating existing templates/presentations with experience presenting/training in virtual environment (ie. WebEX) 

  • Ability to utilize MS Excel to provide data entry, sorting/filtering, project tracking within tables/reports, ability to utilize basic formulas

  • Ability to utilize MS Word to create business correspondence, use of formatting tools, development of forms/templates

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Any previous experience with practice management software 

  • Previous training experience as a Subject Matter Expert or in a client facing role
