Assists in
performance of duties necessary to keep the physical plant of the hospital and
clinics in reliable operation and in good repair. P erforms
upkeep of the physical plant performing carpentry related functions as they
relate to maintenance and repair of hospital and clinic facilities upkeep,
renovations, and construction. Reports to
the lead tech with any issues with daily operations.
Works from
the work order request forms, verbal instructions and detailed specifications,
diagrams, sketches or plans.
Responsible
for any documentation of assigned daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,
semi-annual or annual checks or tests. High
School or equivalent preferred. Vocational school completion is preferred.
