Wage: $10.50 during initial 30 day probationary (through temp service)
$11.00 upon completion of probationary period, based on attendance/tardiness, performance and team work
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. 2 breaks: 11:00am and 3:00pm(5 mins each). 1:00pm lunch break(30 mins)
We are a manufacturer located in Blue Ash that is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team. Our production team is small but mighty! They are responsible for ensuring that quality goods reach our customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
This position entails:
-Product Assembly: Assembly of products which includes using a glue and epoxy gun, and stapling. Relies on quickness, precision and hand/eye coordination
-Shipping: Pick and ship all customer orders using FedEx and UPS Systems. Average box amount shipped per day is: 45-50 boxes
-Product Finishing: Complete molded product by adding snaps (using a machine), making boxes for product, and packing finished product into boxes. Requires attention to detail and willingness to work steadily throughout the day
PLEASE NOTE: It is a hot environment during the summer months
Job Requirements:
-OK hot environment during summer months
-Must be able to work steadily throughout day and with others
-PERFECT ATTENDANCE. 2 week notice if time needs to be taken off.
-Reliable daily transportation
-Must be able to pass a drug test
