We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative - $12.00.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Progressive, growing company offering Temporary to Hire Career Opportunities to qualified Customer Service Representatives!! Starting pay rate is $12.00 per hour. Hours of Paid Training are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned to a shift starting between 8:00 am and 11:30 am. Must be flexible and able to work whatever shift you are assigned to. Alternate shift may be selected once you gain seniority. Will be taking inbound calls from healthcare insurance subscribers. With the information gained during your training, you will be able to assist subscribers to make plan choices and to answer other questions that they may have regarding their healthcare plans. During peak season there will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work. To be considered, you must have had at least 2 years of recent experience performing customer service by phone or in person. A healthcare background and/ or experience in healthcare insurance is a big plus but not required. Background check, drug screen, reference checks and educational verification required.
