Event Planner needed for a Contract job opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Francisco, CA.

- Experience with running background checks
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan/manage sales meetings, sales meetings hospitality events
- Coordinate all details of internal meetings, pre-proposal site visits, including calendaring, setting up Go To Meeting, meeting agenda, attendees, security clearance.
- Coordinate lead and data entry into Salesforce database
- Administrative support to both core products and new products sales & proposal teams
- Ensure all marketing collateral requests are handled in a timely fashion
- Manage shipping of promotional materials and print materials
- All Sales team related Hotel and Airfare booking
- Ensuring sales team follow up on mailing lists for campaigns (ads, press release, hospitality, etc.)
- Help with miscellaneous office needs, proposal printing, proposal assembly, and proposal shipment as well as other office tasks and administrative support when needed.
- Compile and process expense reports for sales leadership team
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- One (1) year experience in Event Planning in trade-shows or conferences
- Four year college degree preferred
- Ability to handle fast pace environment
- Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales & marketing goals
- Good Communication and relationship developmental skills
- Attention to detail
