- Own set of tools
- Ability to lift min of 25 lbs.
- Ability to use a variable speed sander / polisher, welder and frame rack
- I Car or ASE Certification preferred
- Willingness to work in a structured environment and adhere to standard operating
procedures and processes
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrate safe and professional work habits
- 2 plus years of experience
Job Requirements:
- Complete dis- assembly of vehicle in order to assist service adjustor with preparing a 100%
Repair Plan
- Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize Supplements and repair time
- Ability to perform all major structural repairs, including frame work
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in Team Environment
