Our client a manufacturing facility in Hanover, PA has direct hire opportunities in their IT department: 1)Business Application Manager - manages the development, implementation and maintenance of business applications, systems, & teams; collaborates with IT team, customers, and business leaders to resolve ERP and business system issues. Qualifications: *Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field *7-10 years developing & supporting in-house applications *3-5 years of management / supervisory experience w/development teams utilizing SDLC *5-10 years development experience with: .NET, Visual Basic, Java with Microsoft SQL (required) *Strong project management, leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication, organizational & analytical skills *Infor Syteline experience a plus 2)SQL Database Administrator - designs methods to store, analyze, utilize and organize data. Sets up computer data bases after identifying user needs, Migrates data from old system to new system.
