Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients located in Salt Lake City, Utah!
Main Responsibilities:
- Dispatch service cases to technicians/service providers to accommodate customer needs
- Working within several applications/resources to get the work done
- Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment
- Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- One to two years related experience or Master's degree
- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah 84119
- Length of Contract: One year
