About this job

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer service oriented
professionals who have an interest or passion for either technology, consumer electronics and or music!
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers, responsible for customer service and/or pre and post sales problem resolution, technical troubleshooting, product assessment and service option recommendations. You will interface directly with end-consumers, re-sellers, factory stores, foreign distributors and dealers, repair facilities and field sales force regarding product support issues and solutions. You will consistently apply customer service communication engagement skills and in-depth knowledge of our products, audio/wireless/networking technologies, procedures, and alternatives to assess customer needs and resolve issues thereby building a
solid and satisfied customer relationship.
Skill sets we are looking for:
-A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service and/or technical support role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to
translate technical information to a non-technical audience
-Passion to stay current with job related technologies and developments
-Experience with residential networks (personal included) troubleshooting & resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of the latest home audio, wireless, home networking, and Bluetooth technology a plus!
-Ability to manage and resolve technical issues involving consumer audio and home networking devices
(streaming Pandora, laptop internet)
-Proficiency in navigating PC and Mobile operating systems including, but not limited to Windows and
Apple based platforms
-Adaptable, flexible, and open to feedback

Education
-H.S. diploma
-Additional technical training/certification or equivalent experience a plus (not required)
-CCNA, CWNA, MCSA, A+, or equivalent certifications a plus (not required)
